INFORMATIONEN FÜR DIE KÄUFER ZAHLUNGSMODALITÄTEN Akzeptiert wird Bargeld (bei Summen über u 10.000,- , Ausweis nicht vergessen), bankbestätigte Schecks in Höhe der Deckung. Andere Schecks können nur akzeptiert werden, wenn der Käufer dem Auktionshaus persönlich bekannt ist. Bezahlt wird ausschliesslich in Euro. Wir weisen darauf hin, dass wir keine ersteigerte Ware bei Scheckbezahlung ohne Bankbestätigung aushändigen können. Wir akzeptieren normale Schecks als Zahlung. Die Ware kann jedoch erst nach Gutschrift des Schecks herausgegeben werden. WARENABHOLUNG Für Auslandsschecks betragen die Scheckgebühren: bis u 300,-: u 15,-; ab u 300,-: u 20,-; ab u 10.000,-: 0,15% vom Betrag. BIETERNUMMERN Bieternummern für die Auktionsteilnehmer werden während der Besichtigung und vor Beginn der Auktion ausgegeben. Die Ausgabe der Bieternummern geschieht gegen Adressenangabe. Zur Prüfung der Richtigkeit der Adresse bitten wir, den Personalausweis vorzulegen. AUFGELD Auf den Zuschlagspreis wird ein Gesamtaufgeld i. H. v. 24% inkl. MWSt. auf die Provision erhoben. EXPORT: Keine MWSt-Erstattung, da die MWSt. nur auf die Provision erhoben wird. ZUSTANDSANGABEN In diesem Katalog sind keinerlei Zustandsbeschreibungen angegeben. Das Fehlen von Angaben über Reparaturen, Beschädigungen und Mängel besagt nicht, dass eine Nummer frei von Fehlern bzw. Mängeln ist. Es wird gebeten, sich selbst vom Zustand der Objekte zu überzeugen. Sie werden in dem Zustand versteigert, in dem sie sich zum Zeitpunkt des Versteigerungsaufrufs befinden. Bitte beachten Sie unsere Versteigerungsbedingungen. Detaillierte Zustandsbeschreibungen senden wir Ihnen gerne auf Anfrage zu, jedoch nur für Objekte ab einem Katalogpreis von u 1.500,-. SCHRIFTLICHE GEBOTE / AUSLÄNDISCHE BIETER Sie können auch schriftlich bieten, ohne bei der Auktion anwesend zu sein. Schriftliche Gebote müssen bis spätestens einen Tag vor Auktionsbeginn dem Auktionator vorliegen. Hierfür steht Ihnen ein Formblatt zur Verfügung (www.hampel-auctions.com). Tragen Sie bitte in Druckschrift Ihre Anschrift ein. Für die Objekte, für die Sie bieten möchten, tragen Sie bitte die Katalognummer, den Titel und das Gebot ein. Gültig ist ausschliesslich die Katalognummer. Der auf dem Formular vermerkte Preis gilt als Ihr Höchstgebot. Der Auftrag wird so günstig wie möglich ausgeführt, d. h. der Zuschlag kann auch zu einem niedrigeren Preis erfolgen als Ihr Höchstgebot. Gehen mehrere gleichlautende schriftliche Gebote auf die gleiche Katalognummer ein, so wird ein Zuschlag dem Gebot erteilt, das zeitlich zuerst bei dem Versteigerer eingegangen ist. Gebote können nur von uns bekannten Bietern abgegeben werden. Schriftliche Gebote uns unbekannter Bieter bedürfen der Zusendung einer Kopie des Personalausweises oder Reisepasses. Weiterhin ist ein Schreiben auf dem Briefpapier des Bieters erforderlich mit Angabe der Bankverbindung und Kreditkarten-Nr., sowie der Gültigkeitsdauer und rückseitiger Kartenprüfnummer. IHR MITBIETEN BEI DER AUKTION Halten Sie beim Steigern bitte Ihre Bieternummer hoch. Bitte bieten Sie sofort beim Aufruf der Nummer deutlich, damit der Auktionator ihr Gebot bemerkt. AUSLÄNDISCHE BIETER Uns unbekannte Bieter aus dem Ausland müssen bei der Ausgabe einer Bieternummer als Sicherheit einen Blanco-Verrechnungsscheck hinterlegen. Eine Hinterlegung von Bargeld ist ebenso möglich. Schriftliche Gebote können erst akzeptiert werden, wenn entweder Scheck oder Bargeld hinterlegt sind. MITBIETEN PER TELEFON Wenn Sie unserem Hause bekannt sind, haben Sie die Möglichkeit per Telefon von zu Hause aus mitzubieten. Hierfür benötigen wir ein Schreiben von Ihnen, dass wir Sie bei Aufruf der Sie interessierenden Katalog-Nr. anrufen sollen. Sie werden ca. 5 Nummern vor der Katalog-Nummer angerufen. Telefonisches Mitbieten ist erst bei Objekten ab einem Schätzpreis von u 500,- möglich. Hinweis: sämtliche Gespräche wrden automatisch aufgezeichnet. MITBIETEN PER FAX Sie können Gebote bis spätestens einen Tag vor der Auktion per Fax an uns durchgeben. Für uns unbekannte, ausländische Bieter gilt Obiges. WARENABHOLUNG Alle Gemälde werden nach der Auktion in unserem Sicherheitslager eingelagert. Die Abholung von ersteigerten Gemälden muß mindestens einen Tag vor der Abholung im Auktionshaus angekündigt werden. Nach dem 14. Tag der Einlagerung wird eine Lagergebühr von u 10,- pro Tag und inkl. Versicherung erhoben. VERSAND Ein etwaiger Versand von ersteigerten Objekten erfolgt von uns aus ausschließlich über die Spedition RIBI. Sie können selbstverständlich eine Spedition Ihrer Wahl beauftragen. IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR BUYERS TERMS OF PAYMENT We accept cash (please do not forget your identity card in case of amounts over u 10.000,-), bank-confirmed cheques at height of covering. Other kinds of cheques can be accepted if the purchaser is known to our auction house. We accept Euro only. If paying by cheques without any bank-confirmation the objects sold cannot be delivered. We accept normal cheques as payment, but the objects can be delivered only after the money is credited to our account. FEES FOR CHEQUES Overseas cheques up to an amount of u 300 are charged with u 15, from u 300 onward u 20, cheques of an amount more than u10.000 will be charged with 0,15% of the amount. PADDLES Paddles are to be received after registration during the exhibition or before auction. For registration we need your identity card. Please fill in your name and address in our form. BUYING CHARGE To the final hammer price a total surcharge of 24% including VAT on the commission. The VAT will not be repaid in case of export, since it is paid on the provision only. TERMS OF CONDITION Descriptions concerning the conditions of the objects are not included in this catalogue. The absence of statements of repair, damages and defects does not mean that a lot has neither lacks nor defects. You have to prove the conditions of state yourself. The lots will be auctioned off at the conditions they are at the moment of auction. Please pay attention to our conditions of auction. If required we will send you a detailed description of the conditions of lots, but only for those registered in our catalogue at a price over u 1.500. ABSENTEE BIDDING / FOREIGN BIDDERS Even without attending the auction you can bid by a written order. Written orders must be submitted at least one day before the auction. Please fill in the „Absentee bid form“ (printed letters) and fill in the catalogue number, the heading and the bid. Only the catalogue number is important. The price on the form is your maximum bid amount. The auctioneer will try to secure the piece for you at the lowest price possible, the final hammer price can be lower than your maximum bid amount. As in the event of several identical bids, the earliest bid received will take precedence. We accept only bids of known bidders. Written bids of unknown bidders need sending a copy of the identification card or passport. Furthermore a letter of the bidder is needed. This letter should contain the address of the bank, the bank account and the credit card number, the period of validity and the CVV2 number of the backside. BIDDING IN PERSON Raise your paddle when you wish to bid. Raise it for the auctioneer to acknowledge you. TELEPHONE BID If you are known to our house you have the opportunity to bid by telephone. For arranging a call five numbers in advance we need a written confirmation. Telephone bid is possible for objects of more than u 500. FACSIMILE BID You may submit your bid form by facsimile one day before the auction. Foreign bidders must deposit an amount of cash or cheques. COLLECTING OBJECTS Each painting will be stored after auction at our security storehouse. Collecting of bought paintings should be announced to the auction house at least one day before collecting. Warehouse charges including insurance of u 10,- per day are to be paid 14 days after the beginning of being stored. FORWARDING Eventual forwarding of bought objects will be done only by our forwarding agent RIBI. You may engage a forwarding agent of your choice. July 2005 No description of conditions in this catalogue. Please prove the conditions of objects yourself! A detailed description of the condition is possible only for objects of more than u 1500 on request. We ask for your understanding.
