According to paragraph 26 (§26) of the German droit de suite auctioneers and art dealers are obliged to pay actual 5% of the proceeds of sale as charge to the originator of art objects, created after 1.1.1900 in case of sale. In case of auction the 5% are added to the final hammer price charge. The purchaser has to pay this charge, part of the general conditions of auction, printed in the catalogue, the auctioneer has to pay off. Therefore this charge will be added to the 24% extra charge of the auction. The total amount of the extra charge will therefore be 29% for certain lots. The legal conditions will be submitted during the exhibition and auction at the counter. The following items of this auction are subject to the droit de suite: Lots between 23 up to 35, 47 up to 52, 69 up to 89 DAS ART LOSS REGISTER Alle Gemälde dieses Katalogs wurden zur Sicherheit der Käufer vom ART LOSS REGISTER überprüft.
