Großes Hochrelief mit Darstellung einer sitzenden Madonna mit dem Kind auf dem Schoß. Die Madonna hat ihren Kopf behutsam an das Köpfchen des Kindes gelehnt, das mit beiden Händen gehalten wird. Der Blick der Madonna nach unten, der des Kindes nach rechts außen gerichtet. Hochrelief in Ton/ Stucco, farbig gefasst. In den Scheibennimben noch Reste alter Vergoldung erhalten. Der Hintergrund als Himmelsfarbe in Blau gefasst. Insgesamt in einem Nussholz-Ädikularahmen mit geradem Gesims. Madonna mit Kind rahmendem Rundbogen in Relief mit plastischen Dekorationselementen der Frührenaissance. Die den Rundbogen tragenden Pilaster mit Kandelabern und Palmettzier, der Rundbogen selbst mit umlaufender plastischer Inschrift „AVE GRACTIA – PLENA – DO- MINVS – TEC“. Die den Rundbogen rahmenden Zwickel mit symmetrisch angelegter Blüten- und Blattwerkzier. Das untere Viertel der dargestellten Personen hinter einem Relief von fruchtgefüllten Füllhörnern. Vor ehemals blau gefasstem Grund die sitzende Gestalt Mariens das halb sitzende halb stehende Christuskind haltend. Beider Gewandung mit Resten polychromer Fassung, mit Schmuckzier und Nimben. Altersbedingt berieben. Stark erhabene, im Bereich in den tieferen Zonen Reste ehemaliger Fassung erhalten. Bekannt geworden für Marmorgrab des portugiesischen Kardinals Johann von Portugal (1461 - 1466), das als bedeutendstes signiertes Grabmonument der Frührenaissance gilt.
