Im oberen Teil der auferstandene Christus mit Kreuzfahne und zum Segensgestus erhobener rechter Hand zwischen Wolken. Seitlich und darunter die vom Schlaf erwachten römischen Krieger, die als Grabwache aufgestellt waren, rechts ein Geharnischter mit erhobenem Schild, links ein weiterer Krieger, der sein Schild im rechten Arm hält und die Arme an die Stirn legt, erschreckt auf den Auferstandenen blickend. Die untere rechte Gestalt ist noch schlafend dargestellt. Das Relief polychrom gefasst und in den floralen Elementen sowie im Umhang Christi vergoldet. (1130292) (12) € 3.000 - € 4.000 INFO | BID INFO | BID 117 Hans Klocker, tätig um 1478 – 1500 Paar Hochrelieffiguren WEIBLICHE HEILIGE und HEILIGE MARIA MAGDALENA Höhe: 39,5 bzw. 40 cm. Den beiden Figuren ist ein ausführliches Gutachten von Dr. Albrecht Miller, Museumsdirektor i.R. mit einer zeitlichen und regionalen Einordnung für Brixen um 1485/90, vom 17.11.2014 beigegeben. Der österreichische Bildhauer der Spätgotik wird erstmals 1474 in Sterzing genannt und ist später in Brixen nachweisbar. Nach neuerer wissenschaftlicher Forschung ist der Bildhauer mit dem Brixener bischöflichen Hofmaler Hans Maler identisch. Bekannt wurde er vor allem durch seinen berühmten Traminer Altar, der sich heute im Bayerischen Nationalmuseum in München befindet. Das letzte seiner nachweisbaren Werke in Bozen ist im Jahr 1500 entstanden. Auf samtbezogene Platte montiert. Die beiden gefassten und teilvergoldeten Hochreliefs als Gegenstücke gearbeitet, ursprünglich wohl in den Seiten der Predellenflügel eines Schreinaltars. Die links stehende, leicht nach rechts gewandte Heilige wie das Gegenstück in langem Mantel, auf dem Haupt eine Krone, in der rechten Hand ein Buch, das als alleiniger attributiver Gegenstand die Heiligenfigur nicht eindeutig identifizieren lässt. Das Gegenstück zeigt die Heilige Maria Magdalena, leicht nach links gewandt. Sie hält mit beiden Händen ein zylinderförmiges Salbgefäß. Motivisch der Heiligen Maria Magdalena als Sünderin entsprechend, ist ihr offenes Haar rechts weit über die Hüfte herabgezogen, über ihrem Haupt zieht ein weißer Schleier. Die Fassung in großen Teilen äußerst gut erhalten. Das Inkarnat nahezu unbeschädigt, die Vergoldung jedoch partiell abgeblättert und erg. Als nächstverwandt werden die Flügelreliefs des berühmten Traminer Al tars im Bayerischen Nationalmuseum genannt, die, wie im Gutachten formuliert, „[...] auch qualitativ auf demselben Niveau stehen“, wogegen die bereits genannten anderen Arbeiten in Villnöß Pardell qualitativ deutlich abfallen. Als weitere Vergleichsbeispiele werden die Reliefs der Heiligen Dorothea und Katharina (ehemals Sammlung Dr. Krüger, Meran) genannt.
